About Us
History
Adair Associates was founded in 1994 in Cheam, Surrey. In March 2004 we moved into larger offices in nearby Epsom. We also have offices in London and Gibraltar.
Since formation we have worked for some 200 clients on over 3,000 projects.
The company principal, Justin Sullivan, is ex-chairman for the RICS Surrey Branch and has sat on the RICS South East Board for a number of years. He is currently a board member of the RICS Quantity Surveying & Construction UK World Regional Professional Group Board and a member of the RICS New Rules of Measurement Part 2 drafting team. He also represents the RICS on the European Council of Construction Economists.

Today
Adair Associates is a Chartered Surveying Practice regulated by the RICS, and we provide monitoring surveyor services for a number of banks, family offices and trusts.
We combine traditional skills with modern technology, as befits a young, forward-thinking and thoroughly professional business.
Our business grows naturally, by recommendation from developers, banks, solicitors and contractors, and the value of our work currently ranges from £10k to £600m.
We hold Professional Indemnity insurance cover to the sum of £5m.

Regardless of size, sector or level, we will assist wherever we can in an entirely professional capacity. It is through this ethos that Adair has grown and matured.
