At Adair we believe measurement is a core skill for a QS. We are repeatedly asked to produce bills of quantities for our ever growing client base. We carry out these services for many well known contractors and developers and have produced bills for many international multi million pound schemes.

With our experienced team of surveyors and mixed use of measurement, we are able to turn around high quality, full SMM7 bills of quantities in little time. Something that we feel makes our clients continually return. We also prepare bills using builders quants, CESM, ARM3 or POMI.

We can prepare bills in trade packages or elementally. They are produced in excel so can be easily imported into bespoke estimating systems.
