At Adair we believe measurement is a core skill for any QS.  We are repeatedly asked to produce bills of quantities for our ever-growing client base, which includes many well-known contractors and developers.  Our work covers everything from single property refurbishments to bills for international, multi-million pound schemes.

With our experienced team of surveyors and mixed methods of measurement, we are able to turn around high quality, full SMM7 bills of quantities in very little time.  This efficiency is one of the reasons that so many of our clients return.  We also prepare bills using builder’s quants, CESM, ARM3 and POMI.

We can prepare bills in trade packages or elementally.  All our bills are produced in Excel, so they can be easily imported into bespoke estimating systems.
