Our clerks of works provide a customised level of service, fully dependent on your specific needs and mindful of the project manager’s requirements (where appropriate).

Specification conformity, workmanship, progress and defects can all be reviewed during site visits, before practical completion or handover.

Many of our clients use this service to schedule out complete and defective workmanship or materials, for instance as part of dispute resolution cases.
