Adair Associates has worked with family offices, trusts, private clients and financial institutions as the monitoring surveyor on projects ranging from £100,000 to £50m.

Our team has many years’ experience in the role of monitoring surveyors and understands that this function is key to a successful project. The tasks we undertake include:

• initial feasibility studies
• due diligence
• analysis of developer costs and programmes
• evaluations of contract conditions and advice on any inherent risks or weaknesses
• preparation and execution of collateral warranties
• authorisation of valuations to facilitate drawdown of funds
• monitoring of the construction process to ensure that structures are built to the necessary standards, in accordance with statutory requirements and all relevant specifications
• reviewing final accounts
