Adair Associates is appointed as monitoring surveyor by family offices, trusts, private clients and financial institutions, on projects ranging from £100,000 to £50m. Our team has extensive experience in this field and understands that a good monitoring surveyor is key to a successful project. Tasks undertaken in this capacity include:

• initial feasibility studies
• due diligence
• analysis of developer costs and programmes
• evaluations of contract conditions and advice on any inherent risks or weaknesses
• preparation and execution of collateral warranties
• authorisation of valuations to facilitate drawdown of funds
• monitoring of the construction process to ensure that structures are built to the necessary standards, in accordance with statutory requirements and all relevant specifications
