Adair’s client, a secure trust bank, required a Project Monitor for the construction of 14nr houses, on a previously contaminated light industrial site. Engaged as IMS by the Bank, Adair Associates’ role was enhanced by acting as the developers own checking and monitoring agent due to him having accessibility problems with the upper floors of the units. As such Adair would carry out an enhanced valuation service, to enable him to achieve certainty in his valuation with the contractors, and our provision to the Bank accordingly. The service line is both bespoke and formulaic, combining tested and robust systems, with the ability to tailor areas of focus peculiar or essential for a specific issue on a scheme.
