Greg has both a BSc in Quantity Surveying and an MSc in Construction and Project Management from the University of Greenwich.
He has more than 23 years of experience as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and, before joining Adair, Greg held many senior positions in built environment consultancies and was an equity partner in an international firm for almost a decade.
Greg has significant experience across a wide-ranging portfolio that includes retail, residential, infrastructure (rail and aviation), government (prison service and the Metropolitan Police) and civils (highways).
He has worked on projects that include a mixed-used scheme for 271 apartments, hotel and school; a scheme for 158 apartments; the extensive mixed-use redevelopment Croydon town centre; and the regeneration of Bishopsgate Goodsyard in London (value £1.3bn).
At Adair, Greg will bring his extensive commercial management, quantity surveying and project management experience to client schemes. His other areas of expertise include:
• contract selection and procurement advice
• risk and value management
• development management
• cost control, negotiation and financial reporting.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys motorcycling, Formula 1, DIY and outdoor pursuits (including walking his dog).
